Документальный фильм «Родина, которая была»



Документальный фильм «Родина, которая была» повествуюет об истории и жизни немецких колоний Северного Причерноморья, на территории современной Николаевской области (Украина), об их расцвете и упадке, о судьбе их жителей. В киноленте достаточно подробно освещается жизнедеятельность 6 колоний: Ландау, Карлсруэ, Шпайер, Катериненталь, Зульц, Христина. Авторы фильма попытались осветить мало упомянутую страницу истории Николаевщины, ведь история причерноморских немцев является неотъемлемой частью истории Украины.

  

Создатели фильма: Николаевское областное общество немцев Украины «Видергебурт», Совет немцев Украины, телекомпания НИС-ТВ (г.Николаев). Фильм создан при финансовой поддерже Федерального правительства Германии (через БФ «Общество развития», г.Одесса) и Николаевской областной государственной администрации.

Nikolaev Society of Germans, with the support of the Regional Council has created the film "Motherland, that was."

The movie tells of the almost 200-year history of the colonies-settlements, which were located in Nikolaev Ukraine - Landau, Karlsruhe, Speyer, Caterinental, Christina and Sulz, about people, about the rise and decline of settlements.

The total budget amounted to 12.5 thousand UAH, of which 6000 were assigned from the regional budget, the press service of the Nikolaev Regional Council informed.

The head of the Nikolaev regional society of Germans in Ukraine "Wiedergeburt" Igor Meisner during the meeting with the head of the Nikolaev Regional Council, Igor Dyatlov presented the documentary and spoke about the work that the organization conducted in Nikolaev.
The idea of making a film about the history of settlements on the territory of Nikolaev belongs to I. Meisner, and the author was the editor of the news channel "NIS-TV" Tatiana Cherkes.

- We will give the discs with the film to the universities, and for the year the film presentation will be organized - Igor Meisner said. - In addition, we have decided to distribute the film in all organizations of ethnic Germans in Ukraine, for people to see that for little money such a film can be made.

He also thanked the deputies of the Regional Council, through which a program for the promotion of multinational cultures of Nikolaev region was adopted.

The first deputy head of the regional council, Vladimir Pashchenko was a guest of the presentation of the documentary about the history of German colonies in what is now the Nikolaev Ukraine region, “Motherland, Which Was" was held recently in Kiev. The organizers of the event were Nikolaev regional society of Germans of Ukraine Wiedergeburt together with the German Council of Ukraine.

The presentation tape was also attended by special guests: Deputy Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine - Mrs. Anca Feldguzen, former chairman of the Ukrainian State Committee on Nationalities and Religions - Yuri Reshetnikov, General Director of Nikolaev Friendly Society in Kiev - Alexander Gritsai, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Ukrainian Ministry of Culture, the Goethe Institute and others.

Vladimir Pashchenko told the audience about the implementation of the regional program ‘Preservation and development of ethnic, cultural and linguistic identity of minorities in Nikolaev region’ for 2010-2013 and assured that it will continue in the future. It should be noted that partial funding for the film "Motherland, which was" was carried out by the regional budget under this program. The chairman of the regional society of Germans of Nikolaev in Ukraine Wiedergeburt Igor Meisner, in turn, thanked the Board and the Nikolaev Region State Administration for the financial and organizational support in making the film.

In addition, immediately before watching the movie, a letter was read of the Minister of Culture of Ukraine Mikhail Kulinyak with welcoming words to the organizers and participants of the presentation. In it he noted that ‘the German company played a prominent role in public life, promote inter-ethnic accord approval, and this multi-faceted activity is one of the important pillars of strengthening the friendly relations between Ukraine and the State of Germany’.

Presentation of the film "Motherland which used to be" would be organized during the year in educational and cultural institutions in Nikolaev and other Ukrainian cities.
